Welcome to TrajetLifestyle. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following Terms of Sale. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Orders & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Acceptance of your order occurs once it has been shipped.
2. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT (unless otherwise stated). We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment options as listed at checkout. All payments must be received in full before shipping.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We offer both domestic and international shipping. Delivery times may vary based on location and service selected. Estimated shipping timelines are provided at checkout, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
To start a return, please contact us at trajetmotowear@gmail.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
5. Product Information
We aim to display products as accurately as possible. However, colors and details may vary slightly due to screen settings or lighting. Sizing information is provided, but we encourage checking the size guide before ordering.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to replace or refund the item promptly, covering any return shipping where applicable.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from your purchase or use of our site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
