1. Shipping Locations

We ship to:

  • France and  Europe

  • International destinations
    If your country isn’t available at checkout, email us at trajetmotowear@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

We currently ship to France, the European Union, and the United Kingdom. All orders are shipped from France with tracking.

  • Flat Rate: €5

  • Free Shipping on orders over €130

  • Delivery in 2–8 business days

🇪🇺 European Union

  • Flat Rate: €8

  • Free Shipping on orders over €130

  • Delivery in 2–8 business days

🇬🇧 United Kingdom

  • Flat Rate: €12

  • Free Shipping on orders over €130

  • Delivery in 2–8 business days

Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to you via email when your order is shipped.

Customs (UK): Orders under £135 typically do not incur customs charges. For higher amounts, import VAT may apply. Customs duties are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped along with a tracking number.


 

 

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow your shipment.

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, the cost of re-shipping will be charged to the customer.
